About me
Martha Inouye is a Research Scientist in the Science and Mathematics Teaching Center at the University of Wyoming. Her work focuses on the development and facilitation of K-12 science teacher professional development around the state of Wyoming. Specifically, she supports teacher understanding and implementation of the Wyoming State Science Content and Performance Standards, often with an emphasis on place-based education. Martha has been working with the new science standards since 2015 and has spent the last four years thinking deeply about best practice at all levels and the integration of science with other content areas at the elementary level.
