Naomi Childers joined the Department of Workforce Services in April 2024, where her main focus is on` Pre-Apprenticeships. These programs are designed to equip individuals to enter and succeed in Registered Apprenticeship Programs (RAPs). Each Pre-Apprenticeship is uniquely tailored to specific industry needs, providing participants with the essential skills and basic knowledge required for a seamless transition into high-quality RAPs.
